Step 5: Cleaning and Sanitizing
As we reach step five in the six step process we are nearing the end of the process. In step five SERVPRO of Morris/Ottawa will focus on cleaning and sanitizing your belongings. At this stage of the process we will begin cleaning your furniture, clothing and any belongings affected by the water damage. If items are not cleanable we will work closely with you and your insurance adjuster to ensure it is submitted properly for replacement. We will also deodorize and sanitize your items and your property during this step. This will help ensure there is no musty odor left when the job is completed.
